If you have
taken a few minutes to browse the rest of our web site, you can
appreciate that we really mean what we say about being Oregon’s premier
pest control and inspection service provider. We have a well-earned
reputation for honesty, integrity, and concern for the health and
property of our valuable clientele, their families, and the environment
we all cherished. Such a reputation has been conducive to the stellar
growth rate of our business. To keep up with our growth, we are always
looking for well-qualified personnel who are eager to join our
organization and help us expand our services to still more deserving
customers in the Pacific Northwest.
Pest Control
Technicians:
Our technicians are all currently licensed as Oregon Commercial
Pesticide Applicators, with a minimum license endorsement in Structural
Pest Control (preference is given to licensees also endorsed in General
Pest Control, other endorsements are a plus.). The average years of
experience of licensed applicators on our staff is 12 years. For
motivated individuals who are new to the pest management industry, we
provide all training and education to assist in obtaining the required
Oregon licensing. (An Oregon Commercial Applicator’s License is required
to remain on our field staff beyond the first 90 days of hire.) A
current Oregon driver’s license with an insurance-approved driving
record, spotless criminal background check, and having the physical
abilities required to perform services which may require heavy lifting,
able to work in tight, closed spaces, and in other conditions typical of
the services we render are necessary. Excellent communication skills
(oral and written) are required for tasks from submitting written
reports to dealing with the public on a one-on-one basis.
Prior sales, construction, or
inspection experience are pluses.
Office
personnel:
Our office personnel perform many duties from routine office procedures
such as filing and office equipment operation to direct interaction with
our client base by letter, telephone and fax. Specialty assignments may
include bookkeeping, scheduling, billing, report composition, data
entry, and public relations. Experience in a high-demand office
environment, especially during the busy season, is required. Computer
skills and the ability to learn proprietary software quickly are also
required. Direct one-on-one customer relations experience, with the
ability to solve problems, is a plus.
Regarding all of
our positions, we offer competitive wages, health insurance, paid
vacations, retirement plan with qualified employee match, additional
miscellaneous benefits, and a great organization to advance in.
